Contact Customer Support at support@psychicshelp.com within 24 hours of the call and provide all details including your username, Advisor’s name, call details and the amount you wish to be credited for.
The credit has to be requested within 24 hours of the call and can only be applied to your last call. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. You can request only one refund per month.
