2. The Terms of Use of www.Psychicshelp.com govern the relations between the Provider of electronic services, Users and Advisors in the system, respectively - the rights, obligations and responsibilities of each.

3. The User or Advisor take responsibility for preserving the confidentiality of their password and prevent others from using their registrations. All actions performed by your password will be deemed made by you personally, unless it is not found otherwise.

4. The Provider reserves the right to make changes in the Terms of Use, of which you will be notified by their publication on their appropriate place in www.Psychicshelp.com. If you disagree with the Terms of Use, you may cancel your registration at any time.

5. The Provider shall provide the User or Advisor, access to his websites, including - to information and services offered to them, in strict compliance by the User and Advisor with the requirements specified in these Terms of Use and those requirements for specific services further presented in the Internet pages of the Provider.

6. The Provider of services in www.Psychicshelp.com is not a party in the relationship between the Users and Advisors, does not control the generated content from their cooperation, and is not responsible for its quality or injury resulting from it.

7. As a User of www.Psychicshelp.com can register any able-bodied individual or legal entity wishing to use the services of www.Psychicshelp.com, accepts these Terms of Use and as a sign of this made a registration in the system as a User.

8. As an Advisor in www.Psychicshelp.com can register any able-bodied individual who wishes to provide services in www.Psychicshelp.com, declares the availability of qualifications, skills, talent and any other suitable qualities, accepts the Terms of Use and as a sign of this makes a registration in the system as an Advisor.

9. The registration effected under the previous two texts establishes an electronic statement under the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature, with which the User or Advisor declares that he/she wishes to use or provide services in www.Psychicshelp.com, is familiar with these Terms of Use and undertakes to respect them.

10. The User or Advisor has the right of only one registration in www.Psychicshelp.com, in which he/she is obliged to indicate correct information.

11. The storage in a reliable way of the password is the sole responsibility of the User and the Advisor! All actions performed using a password, will be regarded as acts done by the User or the Advisor until proven otherwise - including in the event of legal violations.

12. The provision of services and access to resources in www.Psychicshelp.com does not cover the provision of computer equipment and connectivity for transmission of data packets between the User and the website needed to access resources on the website. The Provider is not liable for any interference or technical problems with the use of services due to the operation of computer equipment by the User (hardware or software problems, internet connectivity, etc.).

15. The Provider reserves the right to deny access to one or more of its services to Users or Advisors in the following cases:

1. When they fall into arrears with respect to their obligations to the Provider;

2. When their actions infringe the Terms of Use and other obligations arising from an enactment;

3. When they voluntarily or unintentionally prevent other Users or Advisors to use the services of www.Psychicshelp.com.

16. Each User or Advisor of www.Psychicshelp.com undertakes not to load, upload on a server of the Provider, send, distribute or use in any way, make available to third parties any information, data, text, sound, software, music, photos, graphics, video or audio, communications and any other materials, which:

1. Contain a threat to the health of others;

2. Contain pornographic or other content which violates the norms of morality and decency;

3. Violate rights or freedoms of others, including encouraging or inciting illegal acts, racism, fascist ideologies and others;

4. Constitute commercial, official secrets or other confidential information of third parties;

5. Are designed to interrupt, hinder, distort or restrict the normal functioning of computer hardware, software or telecommunications facilities, as well as those aimed at unauthorized penetration or access to foreign resources or software.

17. Each User or Advisor in www.Psychicshelp.com undertakes:

1. Not to offend the rights, legitimate interests and reputation of others;

2. Not to calls others to commit crimes or other offenses;

3. Not to perform other malicious actions indicated as such under the law;

4. To notify the Provider immediately in case of an actual breach of these Terms of Use.

18. The Provider does not control the communication between Users, using the services provided, on one hand, and Advisors providing services on the other hand, including not monitoring, verifying, recording information, websites, data, text, sound, image, software, music, photographs, graphics, video materials, messages and other materials which Users or Advisors seek, load, upload on the server of www.Psychicshelp.com, use, send, transmit, distribute or make available to third parties in any way.

19. The Provider reserves the right at any time to change the format and content of www.Psychicshelp.com, including the design, shape, technology and services it provides without having to first notify the Users or Advisors about it.

20. The Provider may at any time suspend the operation of this website in order to renew the content, or for another reason.

21. The supplier reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend some services we offer or to restrict access to them for all or selected Users and Advisors.

22. Each Advisor shall indicate clearly and unambiguously the services that is able to offer and the order in which they can be used – so far as they are not established by the Terms of Use of www.Psychicshelp.com.

23. The Advisor has no right to propose and implement services related to medical, pharmacological, legal, financial, accounting and other areas subject to special regulations and authorizations under the European legislation.

24. The Advisor has no right to mislead the User, induce the User to violate the law and cause injury to themselves or others. The Advisor has no right to inculcate aggression, intolerance, discrimination and others who are in conflict with the law and norms of morality.

25. The Advisor is personally responsible for their actions in case of violations of previous texts, or for the purposes of the law, and their registration in www.Psychicshelp.com will be revoked and the Advisor will be indicted.

26. All information the User receives as a service by Advisors in www.Psychicshelp.com, is for the User’s personal use and the User is not entitled to record it or distribute it without written consent by www.Psychicshelp.com.

27. The Provider offers services in www.Psychicshelp.com "as-is" and bears no responsibility for their quality.

28. The Provider is not liable for damages incurred due to technical reasons, regardless of the circumstances which led to this - technical problems, technical maintenance and others.

The Provider is not liable for damages incurred due to services not delivered in the event of circumstances beyond his control - force majeure, unforeseen events, problems in the global Internet network, and other technical failures which could lead to inability to use part of or the whole system; for unauthorized access or intrusion by third parties in the system, etc.

30. "Unforeseen events" within the meaning of the preceding text is unforeseen at the time of concluding the contract circumstance of extraordinary character, which makes its performance objectively impossible.

31. The Provider shall ensure the use of prepaid credits by the Users, respectively - present fees accrued in the accounts of Advisors, and in case of failure is obliged to ensure the accuracy of their reporting.

32. The Provider is not liable for the quality of Advisors, the information resulting from conversations with them, opinions and/or advice of any kind, and recommended by the Advisors products, procedures, methods for dealing with problems and others.

33. The Provider is not responsible for the content that is uploaded by the Advisors in www.Psychicshelp.com and other sites associated with the Provider, accepts no responsibility for any damages or injury caused therefrom. Advisors are fully responsible for uploading their content.

34. The Provider has the right to place promotional materials in www.Psychicshelp.com the way he sees fit and is not responsible for the content of the advertising material.

35. The Provider reserves the right to collect and use information about the User when they use the services subject to these Terms of Use. The information, which the user can be identified with, may include name, birth date, personal interests, mailing address, permanent residential address, e-mail address, occupation, telephone number and any other information you voluntarily provide while using the services of the Publisher.

36. The services provided in Www.Psychicshelp.com do not replace professional care, related to occupations for which the law establishes a licensing regime and the acquisition of competency: medical, law, accounting and others. The Provider assumes no liability in case of wrongdoing by the Advisors in this regard.

37. The creation and/or loading of illegal content in the system is prohibited, including pornographic material, and personal data of third parties without their express consent, objects without copyright permission for publication, and others.

38. The use of www.Psychicshelp.com for advertising, redirecting to external sites, sending unsolicited commercial messages, illegal gathering of information and others that lie outside the objectives of www.Psychicshelp.com are prohibited.

39. In the event of infringements the Provider reserves the right to terminate the registration of the User or Advisor without prior notice. Collected information on them would be forwarded to the competent authorities to seek further liability.

40. Using all information in www.Psychicshelp.com or part thereof in a manner contrary to the copyright of the Provider is prohibited and the User and the Advisor are responsible for such cases.

41. The Provider will provide all available information about the User or the Advisor, who is reasonably suspected of offenses committed by him, in order to establish the truth and be held accountable.

42. The receipt of services in www.Psychicshelp.com is paid according to a price set individually by each Advisor and calculable in credit units, each of which is equal to € 1.00 /one euro/. In case of payment in a currency different from the one above, the User bears the costs of the Operator of electronic payments for conversion of the currency, and bears all fees and expenses necessary to carry out the relevant transfer to the Provider.

43. For the information of Users and Advisors the Provider prepares an approximate Comparison table, stating the approximate prices for the services of the Advisors in the currency chosen by the User.

44. To use the services of www.Psychicshelp.com the User prepays a certain number of credit units. They are recorded in his name and are spent timewise during the connection with the Advisor, based on the price set by the Advisor. The first minute of the time of the service is charged fully and from then the account is charged for every second.

45. In the exhaustion of the prepaid limit and/or refusal by the Operator of electronic payments selected by the User to cover the necessary payments, the Provider will interrupt the connection with Advisor to prevent indebtedness of the User.

46. If the User has prepaid charging units and not used them, and wants to withdraw them back, he/she is entitled to receive his/her money back within thirty days from receiving the request, while www.Psychicshelp.com keeps a 40% commission for the expenses incurred up to date.

47. The Provider pays the fees to the Advisors for services, conducted by them, retaining a commission for its costs in the amount of 40% of the received amount. The Provider has the right to change the commission for its costs at any time but after notifying the advisors first. The fees are paid within 14 days from providing the service or from the moment the the Provider receives the request for payment. The Provider assumes no responsibility and no fees are paid in case of fraud - by the User or by the Advisor.

48. Personal data provided to the Provider are confidential information that may be used only in accordance with regulations.

49. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or relating to them, including disputes arising or relating to their interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, and disputes about filling gaps in them or adapting them to emerging circumstances, will be settled by the Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in accordance with the Rules for cases based on arbitration agreements.

50. These Terms of Use come into force upon publication on the Site and/or publication of their last update.
